Objectives:

1) To ensure the Chamber participates effectively in relevant local partnerships

2) To provide support as appropriate on issues of concern raised by individual members

3) To determine policy on issues relating to the economic, social and environmental well being of the City

4) To scrutinise the workings of the local authority

5) To ensure effective relationships are developed and maintained with the City's MPs

6) To note press releases

7) To advise, and request support from, the Black Country Chamber Council on representational issues

8) To agree a programme of local events to ensure members have regular opportunity to network, are informed of relevant issues and can influence decision makers

9) To review the membership and uptake of services in the division for the purpose of advising the Black Country Chamber Board on any potential improvements
