Thermserve

Thermserve had a problem. Although they loved their website, they couldn't update it to tell customers about their amazing new products and services. What's more, they wanted their customers to be able to download service reports and be informed when services were required. This needed a development solution that would enable them to upgrade and add functionality whenever needed as well as be easy to update.

The plan was therefore to completely re-structure the site whilst using the existing designs to make it easy to update and add news, products and case studies. For this we decided to integrate our CMS system which makes it a doddle for site administrators to update content without needing to understand HTML.

In addition, we added a document management application that allows the site administrators to add, view and upload client information and allow individual clients to view their profile and download relevant information.

From now on, whenever a service is carried out on a customer's site, the engineer simply uploads the service documentation and sets an expiry date. When the next service is nearly due, the customer will receive an email reminding them that they should expect an engineer soon.
