Graduate Advantage

Graduate Advantage is an organisation with a clear goal and an attitude to match. They wanted a fully encompasing system that would not only allow them to provide graduates with a fantastic placement service, but would also allow employers to get the best skills for the positions they have available.

Their existing system was old and did not have all of the functions required to fully meet the requirements of their new remit. As a funded organisation, they had to have full measurement of their targets to ensure they place the right skills. The new BOS (Back Office System) has all of this and more.

But there was a problem. An interim site was needed that would allow them to begin managing their graduate applications immediately. With incredibly short timescales to work with, we got to work and provided a basic site that met the initial needs of the organisation quickly. Even so, within a few weeks over a thousand graduates had signed up to the new site and it was soon providing a steady stream of graduate hungry for the best placements.

The new site, to be launched in October, will enable graduates to take control of their own applications and job searching with automated job alerts, application updates and placement history. It really is a fully-featured job searching portal.

The new Back Office System gives an unparalleled amount of control over graduate applications and company placements. Through an intuitive and easy to use interface, they are able to alter the status of applications from shorlist to interview, manage their meetings with employers and provide critical feedback and measurement statistics instantly.
