I’m always going on about how you should be beefing up your marketing, especially the online stuff, but how do you manage that? I know, you’ve got loads of bits of paper knocking about that you don’t know what to do with – that’s rubbish, you need a CRM system.
But they’re expensive.
No they’re not. They can actually be free. Free I tells ya, you don’t need to be paying an absolute fortune for software that you won’t use until you realise that the post-it note that flew out the car window on the M6 actually had a really important phone number on it.
They’re also not complex any more. There are some really easy to use and free crm systems that can do the job and save you the embarrassment of not knowing who the hell you’re supposed to be speaking to at the next meeting.
One such system is Sales Push. It’s a really good place to get started in CRM systems for small business.
Give it a try.

You must understand the needs of your company TODAY and where do you see your company in the next 5 years for CRM to be cost effrective.
